Coronavirus Policy
Manor Farm Riding School is closely monitoring the situation regarding Coronavirus and continues to follow Government guidelines from Public Health England in relation to the outbreak.
We are OPEN as usual, with all of our lessons running as scheduled. Should there be any developments you will be notified directly and updates will be posted on this page.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL RIDERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACE MASK DUE TO CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE HELPER, ALL OUR STAFF/VOLUNTEERS WILL BE IN VISORS OR A MASK.
We are maintaining additional cleaning and disinfection measures and would like to remind all our visitors to ride in their own gloves, boots and hats where possible. We are able to hire hats but these are currently limited due to leaving them 72 hours between use.
We would like to remind our customers of practicing good hand and personal hygiene, please ensure you wash your hands on arrival and on departure, we have provided hand sanitiser and a foot dip for extra protection.
Our office area is currently CLOSED to the public as all payments will be made online.
If you are displaying any symptoms of coronavirus or have been directly exposed to the disease please stay at home and call NHS 111. Do not visit Manor Farm Riding School.
There will be no cancellation fees charged for illness at this time. If you have visited Manor Farm Riding School within 14 days of the symptoms occurring please either call us on 01362 693344, 07721 643380, text us or private message on Facebook.
